Fred Bollaci lost over 100 pounds in 2009 and has kept it off ever since living La Dolce Vita or “the sweet life,” dining in healthy gourmet restaurants in the U.S. and abroad. His #1 goal was to publish his memoir and share his secret of how to enjoy life and lose weight using his proven four-phase program.
Strategy
Burns Communications successfully concepted, launched and built an international company and brand — Fred Bollaci Enterprises, LLC and website www.fredbollacienterprises.com – effectively positioning Fred as the definitive international authority on healthy gourmet living, The Healthy Global Gourmet. We also secured a quarterly Golden Palate Appetite column for Fred in an upscale contemporary culture and arts magazine called VENU to build his following and reputation as a healthy gourmet expert. Acting as Fred’s literary agent, we secured a book deal with Mango Publishing to launch “The Restaurant Diet” that has received widespread support and accolades. We concepted and developed a Platinum Palate and Golden Palate Certificate of Excellence and Membership model to build multiple revenue streams to support the company growth. Fred has awarded Certificates to several thousand leading restaurants, hotels, wineries, and purveyors of gourmet fare in the nation and Italy.
Results
Fred and his new book, The Restaurant Diet, (Mango Publishing, January 2018) a memoir, cookbook, restaurant and travel guide, has received a welcome reception from some of the world’s most well-known and highly regarded tastemakers, gourmands, fine food and wine experts, chefs, hotel and restaurant owners, artisan and organic product purveyors, and premium brand influencers globally.
